Plan credits renew each month. Top-up credits never expire; they are spent while a plan is active and wait for you if it lapses. Renders stay in your history for 90 days with a plan.

Billing questions

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Sign in and choose Manage plan at the top of any page. Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do unused monthly credits carry over?
No. At the start of each paid month your plan credits are reset to the plan’s allowance. Top-up credits are different: they never expire.
What happens to top-up credits if my plan ends?
They stay on your account and wait. As soon as you have any plan again, you can spend them.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on your country, and businesses can enter their VAT number there.
How do I pay, and do I get invoices?
By card, through Stripe — Vizease never sees your card details. Every payment comes with an invoice, and you will find them all under Manage plan.
What if a render fails?
You are not charged. If a render cannot be completed, its credits go straight back to your balance.
Can I change to another plan?
Yes, under Manage plan at the top of any page. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month; a downgrade starts at your next renewal.
Are downloads extra?
No. Downloading your renders is free, at full resolution.
How long are my renders kept?
Your History keeps them for 90 days while you have a plan, and 30 days otherwise. Download anything you want to keep.
